1 cup sliced strawberries
2 tsps honey
2 tsps Dijon mustard
2 T balsamic vinegar
11/2 tsps Kosher salt
1/2 cup canola oil
Put all ingredients in Bullet or food processor in order listed. Blend until smooth.
Serve with spinach or arugula salad topped with sliced strawberries, toasted nuts and blue cheese crumbles.
